How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within one business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express 2, and next-day 1 if you order by 12 PM Eastern time.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $55 or more in physical items. Explorer Plus members get free 2-day shipping on every order.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. Sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Gift cards are never taxed.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid label on eligible items. Refunds go back to your original payment method at the price you paid after any discount.
